What we collect, and why.

What we collect

The only place this site asks you for anything is the contact form. When you submit it, we get your name, your email address, and whatever you wrote in the message field. That's it — there's no account to create, nothing else to fill in.

What we don't collect

This site doesn't use cookies, analytics scripts, or advertising trackers. We don't build a profile of who's visiting or what they clicked. The only automatic data involved is the ordinary connection information every website receives just by being visited — your IP address and browser type, briefly visible to our hosting provider's infrastructure for security and abuse prevention. We don't collect or store that ourselves.

How we use it

Submitting the form sends your name, email, and message to us as a normal email, so we can reply. We don't use it for marketing, we don't sell it, and we don't hand it to advertisers.

Our legal basis for using it

We process what you send us because you chose to submit it to start a conversation with us (consent), and because replying to you is a legitimate business interest that doesn't override your rights. If a project moves forward, anything we exchange afterward is processed to perform that agreement.

Who else sees it

We send that email through Resend, the service that delivers it to our inbox. They process it only to deliver the message — we haven't given anyone else access to it. We don't sell personal information, and we never have.

International transfers

We're based in the Philippines, and the email tools we use (Resend, and our hosting provider Vercel) run on infrastructure that may be located outside your own country, including the United States. By sending us a message, you understand your information will be processed there. We only work with providers that maintain their own security and data-protection commitments for this kind of transfer.

How long we keep it

There's no database behind the contact form — your message just becomes an email in our inbox, kept the same way any email is until we delete it.

Your rights

Wherever you're writing to us from, you can ask us to:

• Tell you what we hold about you and why.
• Correct anything that's wrong.
• Delete a message you sent us.
• Give you a copy of what you sent, in the form you sent it.
• Stop using it, or object to how we're using it.
• Withdraw consent at any point — that just means we stop the conversation there.

California residents

Under the CCPA, you have the same rights listed above, plus the right to know the categories of personal information we've collected (name, email, message content — see "What we collect" above) and confirmation that we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising, because we don't do either.

Security

This site runs entirely over HTTPS, and the contact form is rate-limited against spam and abuse. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, but we don't do anything with your information that would add extra risk beyond sending it to our own inbox.

Children's privacy

This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under that age. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll remove it.

If you're not satisfied with our answer

You can always complain to your own country's data protection authority instead of, or as well as, contacting us. As a Philippine company, we're subject to the National Privacy Commission. If you're in the EU or UK, your local supervisory authority can also hear a complaint — we'd rather you write to us first, though, since we can usually just fix it directly.

Changes to this page

If what this site collects changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Nothing here changes retroactively without notice.
